Ticketed fundraiser? One thing to check first.
Ticketed or public fundraisers usually need a one-day licence, held by the non-profit running the event, before alcohol can be served. Rules vary by town — check with your local licensing board. We have put together a plain-English list of the questions to ask; it is a starting point, not legal advice.
What we bring is the pub, the bar and, if you want them, the TIPS-certified, insured bartenders. We never sell the drink. Pick The Síbín for the room and the history, The Aer for the crowd, or both for the big night.

What is a fundraiser bar rental?
A bar — in our case a whole Irish pub — brought to your fundraiser for the day. The room does the work a raffle table never will: people stay, talk, and give. For charity nights we often donate the pub outright or rent it for free, so the bar becomes a draw rather than a cost. Tell us about the cause.
Do we need a licence to serve alcohol at a fundraiser?
Ticketed or public fundraisers usually need a one-day licence held by the non-profit, and rules vary by town — check with your local licensing board. We never sell alcohol ourselves, so the licence and the drink are the organiser’s side; we bring the pub and, if you like, the TIPS-certified bartenders. Can you donate the pub as a raffle or auction prize?
Yes — donating a 24-hour rental of The Síbín for a giveaway, raffle or silent auction is one of the ways we help most often. It is a prize people talk about, and the winner’s party is usually another room full of your supporters. Ask us for a certificate.
How many people can the pub serve at a charity event?
The Síbín seats 16 inside with a bar that serves a crowd of a few hundred over an evening; The Aer holds 25–30 inside and suits a field or a car park. For a large event we can bring both. Capacity and prices are on the pub pages.
What does it cost a charity?
Often nothing for the pub itself — we rent it free for charity nights where we can, and quote staffing, travel and add-ons at cost. Where we cannot waive the fee, you pay the standard rate on the pricing page. Either way you know before you commit.
