Mobile Pub Rental Cost: Pricing and Info
How much does it cost to rent a mobile bar in Massachusetts? With The Síbín, a mobile pub rental costs $500 for The Aer or $997–$1,200 for The Síbín, for a full 24 hours with delivery in the Plymouth area included. Bring your own drink and run the bar (dry hire), or add Irish bartenders from $499. Everything else — travel further afield and the add-ons — is quoted with your booking, never afterwards.
Dry hire or staffed
Dry hire means you supply the alcohol and pour it; the price is the pub rate alone. Staffed means the same pub plus our bartenders from Ireland — one of them a Dubliner — TIPS-certified and insured, from $499 for a 4-hour event and $60 an hour after that, up to 8 hours. Delivery
Delivery, setup and collection are included within the Plymouth area. Further out — the rest of the South Shore, Cape Cod, Greater Boston and beyond — we quote a delivery fee with your booking based on the distance.
Add-ons

Hiring a venue means working to somebody else's clock and somebody else's rules. We bring the pub to you instead — to a garden, a car park, a field or a function room — and set it up before your guests arrive. You choose the spot, the hours and who is behind the bar. We handle delivery, setup and collection. All you need to do is decide which pub suits the day, tell us roughly how many people are coming, and get on with enjoying it.
Small Pub Rental
Hire a whole pub for the day. The Síbín seats sixteen with a working bar, two draft taps and its own heating and air conditioning; The Aer is an inflatable pub that stands in minutes and takes twenty-five to thirty. Both come to you, wherever the event is.
Birthday Party
Birthdays, engagements, graduations and anniversaries. Put a real Irish pub in the garden for the day and let people arrive, settle in and stay — no venue hire, no last orders, no taxi home.
Fundraising & Charity
We help fundraisers and charity events wherever we can, from donating the pub for giveaways to free rentals for charity nights, customisable drink menus and themed setups. Often at virtually no cost to you.

What is included in the mobile pub rental cost?
Delivery, setup and collection within the Plymouth area, and the pub for a full 24 hours with everything listed above — the bar, two draft lines with keg setup and beer gas, coolers, sink, seating, sound, heating and cooling (The Síbín), or the pub, blower and speaker (The Aer). Not included: alcohol, which you supply, and anything in the add-ons list.
Is there a delivery fee?
Not within the Plymouth area. Beyond it we quote a delivery fee up front with your booking, based on the distance — the South Shore is a short tow; Cape Cod and Greater Boston are regular runs. You will never see it for the first time on an invoice.
Does the staffed price include the drink?
No. We never sell alcohol; you supply it whether the bar is staffed or dry hire. The bartending fee covers the staff — from Ireland, TIPS-certified and insured — for a minimum four-hour and maximum eight-hour shift.
Do I pay a deposit?
Yes — a 25% deposit on booking, with the balance due 14 days before your event. The rental terms set out cancellation, weather and the rest in plain English.
